Listful Thinking: Using Lists to Be More Productive, Successful and Less Stressed

I have a confession to make. I am obsessed with lists! I have a to-do list, a to-don't list, a bucket list, a book list, and a list of lists…just kidding, or am I? A few years ago, I had the absolute pleasure to connect with a person who I was destined to meet, Paula Rizzo, a fellow list fanatic, and so much more. Paula is the author of Listful Thinking: Using Lists to Be More Productive, Successful and Less Stressed and the follow-up book Listful Living: A List-Making Journey to a Less Stressed You. Paula is also an Emmy Award-winning TV producer, media trainer, and strategist who trains authors and experts to perform better on camera and produce their own videos.

Paula and I are in good company, Madonna, Martha Stewart, John Lennon, Ben Franklin, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, and Johnny Cash are (or at least were) list makers. They use lists to keep track of their ideas, thoughts, and tasks. Unfortunately, more than half of American employees feel overwhelmed (probably more). Using lists effectively will help you create space to focus on what is most important. Listful Thinking is the book that will give you your life back with essential tips on saving time, getting organized, improving productivity, saving money, and reducing stress. So what are you waiting for?
