Soundtracks - Jon Acuff

One of the books that I recently read that has me thinking is Soundtracks by Jon Acuff. I had two reasons for picking it up, Jon Acuff (I am a huge fan) and the title (I love, music soundtracks especially when they are done well). Jon is an accomplished author with seven books under his belt, but I think this one is his best work.

Simply put, we all have soundtracks playing in our heads that have us overthinking almost everything. Jon proposes that overthinking isn’t a personality trait; it is a form of fear that steals our time, creativity, and goals. In Soundtracks, he offers a proven plan to change overthinking from a super problem into a superpower. If you want to tap into the surprising power of overthinking and give your dreams more time and creativity, learn how to DJ the soundtracks that define you. If you can worry, you can wonder. If you can doubt, you can dominate. If you can spin, you can soar. Check it out here.
